Historically, Growth Premier Fund IC, a Jersey company, was a diversified open-ended emerging market investment fund (the Fund). The fund is now closed to new investments and is pursuing an orderly run-off. The aim of the Fund was to achieve total returns, uncorrelated with any major market, in the range of 12% to 18% p.a. after all charges, with low volatility and minimal risks of drawdowns. The Fund historically invested in short- and medium-term trade- and projectrelated financial transactions as well as mispriced, poorly-understood and highly structured financial assets.
